Taking DailyBasis

DailyBasis may be beneficial for people who do not menstruate, as we use high-quality purposeful ingredients known to support the whole body. DailyBasis is for anyone with a regular or irregular menstrual cycle, people on hormonal and non hormonal birth control, and those looking to regulate or regain their monthly menstrual cycle. DailyBasis is designed to help support your body’s natural processes and is not intended to be a cure-all or quick fix. We recommend taking DailyBasis for at least three months in order to notice results. Depending on the person, the effects felt will be different. Common results may be: a change in energy levels, better digestion, heightened focus/mood, reduction in common pms symptoms, and better cycle regularity.

For those curious about the deeper physiological effects that may not be highly visible, we recommend consulting a health practitioner to get standard bloodwork done before taking DailyBasis, and after three months of product-use.

We advise that people review any current supplements they are taking as well as the ingredients in DailyBasis to determine whether they should be using them simultaneously. Start taking one serving of DB1 on the first day of your period (the first day of bleeding) and continue for 15 days. On day 16, switch to DB2 and take one serving daily for the next 15 days or until your next period begins. Then, repeat the cycle with DB1.

For best results, take DailyBasis in the morning, shaken or stirred into water, a smoothie, your preferred milk, or yogurt. To minimize potential GI discomfort from ingredients like iron and zinc, we recommend taking it with food.

Absolutely! We understand that cycle lengths can vary. If yours is longer than 30 days, you can either take slightly less than one serving per day to make your supply last or, if you’re running out well before the month ends due to a longer-than-average cycle, please email us. We’d be happy to send you an extra pouch to ensure you have enough. We’ll be launching single-serve options soon to better accommodate this, but in the meantime, we want you to have DailyBasis for your entire cycle.

Yes. As practiced by many integrative, naturopathic, and functional medicine practitioners, many of the functional ingredients in DailyBasis are prescribed for those struggling with irregular periods, PMS, PCOS, PMDD, and more. DB1 and DB2 provide support for many of the root causes of hormonal imbalances that when sustained over a period of time have been linked to the development of these syndromes and diseases. DailyBasis is considered “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS) by the FDA.

We recommend eating something small before or after taking DailyBasis. Since DB1 and DB2 contain ingredients like iron, which can cause nausea for some when taken on an empty stomach, having a small snack can help prevent discomfort.

Research suggests that consuming a small amount of protein in the morning can support blood sugar regulation, satiety, cravings, and heart health in women. However, everyone is different—some may not need to eat with DailyBasis, so do what works best for you. That said, we advise against taking it right after a large meal, as this can inhibit the absorption of vitamins and minerals.

The FDA oversees the safety, labeling, and marketing of supplements, ensuring they don't contain harmful ingredients. However, supplements don't need FDA approval before being sold. We have taken the necessary precautions to ensure that our product meets safety standards and that we are truthful in our claims. DailyBasis’s products are manufactured in an FDA-certified facility that uses Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to help ensure this safety. DailyBasis products are third-party tested to ensure they are free from heavy metals, and harmful microorganisms and toxins. The FDA can take action if a supplement is found to be unsafe or mislabeled.

Even if you don’t feel a noticeable difference, it is likely that your body is still benefiting from the power of the active ingredients in the product. Not all improvements can be felt, but we do believe that with time, everyone should be able to see a reduction in negative symptoms they may typically experience, as well as improvements in some of the following: reduced inflammation, improved digestion, and increased energy levels. If you are curious about the internal effects of DailyBasis, we recommend getting a baseline and follow-up bloodwork panel done with your healthcare provider.

The ingredients in DB1 and DB2 are intentionally designed to vary based on the fluctuating needs throughout the cycle. Because of this, the flavor should have some natural differences. For example, DB2 contains ginger root and DB1 does not. We use ginger root for its benefits in reducing insulin resistance, which tends to be higher during phase two (the luteal phase) of the cycle.

At DailyBasis, we stand behind the quality of our product. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Simply reach out to our customer service team at hello@dailybasis.com with your order details, and we’ll process your refund. Subscriptions, Accounts & Order Management

Yes! If you've purchased a subscription, you can cancel or change your shipment at any time using your account. You can access it by clicking on the icon on the upper right corner of our website. You can also send us an email at hello@dailybasis.com and we will be happy to update your preferences anytime.

We know that life happens, so we’ve made it easy for you to change or cancel your subscription by logging into your account (just click on the icon in the upper right corner). You can change your order frequency, pause or cancel in the portal.

In your account, click "Manage Subscriptions" on the right hand side of your screen.
Click "Manage this subscription" under the subscription you want to cancel.
Click "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the page.
You’ll see that you no longer have an active subscription

If you've already created an account with DailyBasis, you can manage that by logging into your member portal. Click on the icon in the upper right corner of our website, then login. On the right hand side, you can click "Manage Subscriptions." Then click "Manage this subscription" on the one you want to update under "Active" subscriptions. Use the drop downs at the bottom of the page to change the frequency. If you want to change just your next shipment, click "Your next order" and then click "Reschedule" or "Skip." You can also email us anytime to help update it for you at hello@dailybasis.com.

Yes, you can log into your subscription account to update your payment methods, shipping addresses, shipment frequency, and more. Please note that once your order has been processed for the month, we are unable to make changes due to our fast shipping times. You will receive an email notification three days before your order is set to process, giving you the opportunity to make any necessary updates before the payment is charged.
