Can I take other supplements with Cycle Routine?
In many cases, yes. Cycle Routine is designed to provide foundational daily nutrition, and it can often be taken alongside other targeted supplements.
Because it already includes a comprehensive blend of vitamins and minerals, you may find that you no longer need certain basic supplements like a standalone multivitamin.
However, many people continue to take other products that support specific goals, such as protein powders, omega-3s, or other practitioner-recommended supplements.
If you currently take multiple supplements or are unsure how they fit together, we recommend reviewing your routine with a healthcare provider to make sure you're not duplicating nutrients or exceeding recommended daily amounts.

How do I take Cycle Routine?
Take one stick pack daily stirred or shaken into 8–10 oz of cold water or another cold beverage. We recommend taking it with food if you’re new to taking supplements.
Take Replenish during your period through ovulation, and Balance leading up to your next period.
Detailed instructions:
Start Replenish on day one of your menstrual cycle (the first day of your period).
Take Replenish daily for about 14 days, through the first half of your cycle.
Then switch to Balance for the next 14 days, or until the first day of your next period.
When your next cycle begins, switch back to Replenish and repeat the routine.
You do not need to wait until your next cycle to start. You can begin at any time by starting with the formula that best matches where you are in your cycle.
Still not sure where to begin?

My menstrual cycle is longer than 30 days - can I still take DailyBasis?
Absolutely! We understand that cycle lengths can vary. If yours is longer than 30 days, you can either take slightly less than one serving per day to make your supply last or, if you’re running out well before the month ends due to a longer-than-average cycle, please email us. We’d be happy to send you an extra pouch to ensure you have enough. We’ll be launching single-serve options soon to better accommodate this, but in the meantime, we want you to have DailyBasis for your entire cycle.
My menstrual cycle is shorter than 28 days, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Yes. Cycle Routine is designed to be flexible and work with your actual cycle, not a textbook 28-day cycle. Simply adjust the timing of each formula to match your personal cycle length.
A general rule: take Replenish during the first half of your cycle and switch to Balance around the midpoint.
If your cycle is shorter, you'll just be spending less time on each formula and that's completely fine.

I have an irregular cycle, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Yes. You can still benefit from Cycle Routine even if your cycle is irregular. The best approach is to start with the formula that most closely matches where you currently are in your cycle: Replenish if you've recently had your period or are in the first half, and Balance if you're closer to your next expected period or experiencing premenstrual symptoms.
If your cycle is unpredictable or you're not sure where you are in it, you can simply pick a day to start Replenish and switch to Balance after 14 days, then repeat the routine.
Consistent daily nutrition aligned with a regular two-phase rhythm can help support your body over time, and many people find that their cycles become more regular and supported after several months of consistent use.

I am on birth control, can I still take Cycle Routine?
In most cases, yes — and Cycle Routine can be especially supportive for women on birth control.
Hormonal birth control can sometimes affect nutrient absorption, which means filling those nutritional gaps with a high-quality daily supplement is particularly valuable.
Cycle Routine provides essential vitamins and minerals to help support whole-body health, and it is not known to interfere with the effectiveness of birth control.
If you are on non-hormonal birth control and still have a regular menstrual cycle, Cycle Routine is designed to work with your body's natural rhythm and support optimal nutritional health throughout the month.
If you are on hormonal birth control and do not get a period, Cycle Routine's foundational nutrition can still be beneficial — however, because the product contains iron and is specifically designed to align with the phases of the menstrual cycle, we recommend checking in with your doctor to confirm it's the right fit for your needs.
As always, if you have questions about your specific situation, feel free to reach out to us on our contact us form.
I don't get a period, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Cycle Routine was specifically designed with menstruating women in mind, particularly the Replenish formula, which is formulated to replenish key nutrients lost during menstruation.
That said, not having a period doesn't mean Cycle Routine can't be supportive. Even without a regular cycle, your body is likely still experiencing hormonal fluctuations, and the foundational daily nutrition Cycle Routine provides can support energy, mood, digestion, and overall health.
If you don't get a period, you can still follow a simple routine: pick any day to start Replenish, take it daily for 14 days, then switch to Balance for the next 14 days, and repeat.
This gives your body the benefit of both formulas on a consistent rhythm.
Because the Replenish formula contains iron, a nutrient specifically included to address blood loss during menstruation, we recommend checking in with your healthcare provider if you are not menstruating, to confirm the formula is appropriate for your individual needs.
Still not sure? Reach out to us here, or take our quiz to find out more.
What happens if I skip a day of taking Cycle Routine?
Don't worry, one missed day won't set you back. Simply pick back up with your current formula the following day and continue your routine as normal. Consistency over time is what supports lasting nutritional benefits, so just get back on track and keep going.
I am trying to conceive, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Yes, Cycle Routine was formulated by an OBGYN and includes the key nutrients found in standard prenatal vitamins, making it well-suited to support the body during preconception. In addition to foundational daily nutrition and cycle phase support, Cycle Routine can serve as a comprehensive nutritional foundation for women who are trying to conceive.
As with any supplement during this stage of life, we always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider, as individual needs can vary. But The Cycle Routine was designed with this in mind, and your OB/GYN can help confirm it's the right fit for your specific situation.

I am postpartum/breastfeeding, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Yes, Cycle Routine is safe for postpartum and breastfeeding women and can be a supportive part of your recovery. The postpartum period places significant nutritional demands on the body, and Cycle Routine's foundational daily nutrition can help replenish key nutrients as your body heals and adjusts. It can also be supportive in helping your cycle return as your hormones begin to regulate after pregnancy.
As always, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement postpartum or while breastfeeding, as individual needs can vary during this stage.
Always reach out to us on our contact page with any questions.
I am menopausal, can I still take Cycle Routine?
Cycle Routine is specifically designed to align with the phases of the menstrual cycle and is intended for people who are currently menstruating.
If you are perimenopausal and still have a cycle, even an irregular one, feel free to reach out to us on our contact us page to discuss whether Cycle Routine may be a fit.
If you are fully menopausal and no longer menstruating, this product may not be the right choice.
Can I take Cycle Routine if I have PCOS, Endometriosis, PMDD or another cycle related condition?
Yes, Cycle Routine may be particularly supportive for women managing these conditions.
Many symptoms associated with PCOS, PMDD, endometriosis, and other cycle-related conditions are connected to hormonal fluctuations, inflammation, and nutrient deficiencies.
Cycle Routine was formulated specifically to support menstruating women in addressing these kinds of symptoms through consistent, high-quality foundational nutrition.
Adequate daily nutrition can play a meaningful role in supporting the body's hormonal health, inflammation balance, mood, and energy all areas that are commonly affected by these conditions.
While Cycle Routine is not a treatment or cure for any medical condition and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease, supporting your body with the right nutrients every day can be a powerful complement to your existing care plan.
We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Cycle Routine if you have a diagnosed condition, as they can help determine how it fits within your overall approach to care.

Can I take The Cycle routine on an empty stomach?
We recommend taking Cycle Routine with food, especially if you are new to supplements. This can help with tolerability and support optimal absorption of key nutrients.
Can I take more than 1 stick pack per day?
Cycle Routine is designed as a one-stick-pack-per-day routine. We do not recommend taking more than one serving daily unless directed by a healthcare provider. Taking more than the recommended amount does not necessarily increase benefits and may result in exceeding recommended daily intakes for certain nutrients.
Does The Cycle Routine go bad or expire?
Yes, like all supplements, Cycle Routine has an expiration date printed on each box and individual stick pack.
For best results, store it in a cool, dry place and use it before the expiration date.
Do not use stick packs that have been exposed to excessive heat, moisture, or direct sunlight.
Is Cycle Routine allergen free?
Cycle Routine is certified gluten-free. It does contain soy, so please take note if you have a soy sensitivity or allergy.
The ingredients used in Cycle Routine do not contain the following common allergens:

How can I ensure The Cycle Routine is safe?

All incoming ingredients are also rigorously third-party tested for heavy metals, toxins, and microorganisms before production, helping ensure that every batch meets high standards of purity and safety.
How can I be sure that Cycle Routine meets FDA standards?

Can I take Cycle Routine if I'm on medications?
If you are currently taking prescription medications, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting Cycle Routine.

Can pre-teens or teenagers take Cycle Routine?
Cycle Routine is formulated for adult menstruating women. If you are a teenager or are the parent of a teenager who is interested in Cycle Routine, we recommend consulting with a pediatrician or healthcare provider before starting. They can help determine whether it's appropriate based on age, health, and nutritional needs.
Replenish & Balance
What is the difference between Replenish and Balance?
Replenish and Balance both provide a core daily multi+ blend of essential vitamins and minerals to support women's foundational nutrition.
The difference is that each formula is tailored to support your body during a different phase of the menstrual cycle.
Replenish is designed for the first half of the cycle, starting with menstruation. It focuses on replenishing key nutrients lost during your period and supporting healthy ovulation as your body prepares for the next phase of the cycle.
Balance is designed for the second half of the cycle. This phase often comes with increased inflammation and PMS symptoms. Balance includes nutrients and ingredients selected to help support the body during this time, with a focus on inflammation support, mood, and reducing common PMS symptoms.
Together, they create a simple daily routine that aligns foundational nutrition with the natural rhythm of the menstrual cycle.
Click here to see the difference in ingredients between Replenish and Balance.
Why are there two formulas instead of one?
The female body isn't the same every day of the month, so your nutrition shouldn't be either.
Most supplements take a one-size-fits-all approach, providing the same nutrients every day regardless of where you are in your cycle.
Cycle Routine is built around the reality that hormone levels, nutritional needs, and physiological responses shift meaningfully across the two main phases of the menstrual cycle.
During the first half of your cycle, the body needs support in replenishing nutrients lost during menstruation and preparing for healthy ovulation. During the second half, the body's priorities shift, inflammation, mood, and digestion become the key areas of support as it prepares for the next cycle.
One formula simply can't do both jobs as well as two targeted ones can. Replenish and Balance are designed to work together as a complete monthly routine, giving your body exactly what it needs at each phase rather than a daily compromise.
Check out this guide on the different nutrients needed across the menstrual cycle.

Cycle Education
What is cycle syncing nutrition?
Cycle syncing nutrition is the practice of aligning what you eat and the supplements you take with the natural hormonal phases of the menstrual cycle. Because estrogen, progesterone, and other hormones rise and fall throughout the month, the body's nutritional needs can shift across each phase. Cycle syncing is the idea that supporting your body with the right nutrients at the right time, rather than taking the same thing every day regardless of where you are in your cycle, can better address the body's changing needs.
Cycle Routine is built on this principle, with two formulas: Replenish and Balance, designed to support the different nutritional needs of the two main phases of the menstrual cycle.
Learn more here.
Why do women need different nutrients during different phases of their cycle?
Hormone levels naturally rise and fall throughout the menstrual cycle, and these fluctuations influence many systems in the body, including energy, metabolism, mood, digestion, and inflammation. As a result, the body's demand for certain nutrients can shift depending on the phase of the cycle.
During menstruation, for example, iron and other nutrients are lost through blood loss. In the follicular phase, rising estrogen supports increasing energy and metabolism. During the luteal phase, progesterone becomes dominant and may increase the body's demand for nutrients that support mood regulation, inflammation balance, and digestive health.
Supporting the body with targeted daily nutrition throughout the cycle — rather than a static supplement that doesn't account for these shifts — can help address those changing needs more effectively.
Learn more here.
What nutrients are lost during menstruation?
During the menstrual cycle, women can lose or require higher amounts of certain nutrients due to menstrual blood loss and hormonal changes. The most commonly affected nutrients include iron, B vitamins, magnesium, and other micronutrients that support energy, mood, and overall health.
Iron is the nutrient most directly lost during menstruation because it is carried in red blood cells. Many women also have increased needs for B vitamins, which support energy production and hormone metabolism, as well as magnesium, which plays a role in muscle function, mood regulation, and inflammation balance.
Hormonal fluctuations throughout the cycle can also influence metabolism, digestion, and nutrient utilization, which may increase the body's demand for key vitamins and minerals. Maintaining consistent, high-quality daily nutrition can help replenish important nutrients and support the body throughout every phase of the cycle.
Symptoms and Cycle Routine
Can Cycle Routine help wiht PMS symptoms?
Dietary choices and nutrient intake can influence inflammation, digestion, and hormone metabolism during the menstrual cycle.
Cycle Routine is designed to provide foundational daily nutrition that supports the body throughout the menstrual cycle, including during the luteal phase when PMS symptoms are most common.
The Balance formula is specifically designed for the second half of the cycle, with nutrients and ingredients selected to support mood, inflammation, and digestion during this time.
While Cycle Routine is not a treatment for PMS, consistent daily nutrition can play a role in supporting overall cycle health.
Learn more about managing PMS symptoms here.
Can Cycle Routine support hormonal balance?
Cycle Routine is not designed to directly regulate or alter hormone levels. However, consistent, high-quality nutrition plays an important supporting role in hormone metabolism, production, and balance.
Nutrients like B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, and certain botanicals are involved in how the body produces, uses, and processes hormones throughout the cycle.
By providing foundational daily nutrition aligned with the phases of the menstrual cycle, The Cycle Routine is designed to support the body's natural processes, including those involved in hormonal health.
How long does it take for The Cycle Routine to affect the menstrual cycle?
Many people expect immediate results, but nutritional support often takes several cycles to influence hormone patterns and symptom patterns. The Cycle Routine is designed for consistent daily use, and results build over time.
Most people begin to notice meaningful changes over 3–4 months of consistent use. Here's a general timeline of what to expect:
Weeks 1–2: Increased energy; more regular bowel movements
Weeks 2–4: Less pre-cycle bloating; more stable or uplifted mood; clearer skin
Months 1–2: Reduced cramps and breast tenderness; stronger nails; healthier, more vibrant skin
Months 3–4: A stronger foundational nutrient base; more consistent and supported menstrual cycles
Consistency is key. Cycle Routine works best as a daily habit that supports your body across many cycles — not a short-term fix.
An all-in-one foundational multivitamin supplement designed to support what the body needs most during each phase of the menstrual cycle. Reduce PMS, improve cycle regularity, and support energy, mood, and long-term health. One packet daily.
