Ingredients

We use 5-MTHF, the active version of folate (also known as Vitamin B9) which is a B vitamin that helps reduce PMS symptoms by regulating metabolism, supporting brain function, and aiding in cellular energy production.

We use methylcobalamin, the most active form of Vitamin B12, to help with healthy red blood cell production and the regulation of the nervous system.

Pantothenic acid (also known as Vitamin B5), helps break down fatty acids by making a substance called co-enzyme A (CoA). CoA processes the other essential fatty acids found in DailyBasis, making them more effective in the body while also aiding in the breakdown of fatty acids from the diet.

We use pyridoxal 5’ phosphate, the active form of Vitamin B6, to help the body use its amino acids, metabolize excess hormones, and support energy and neurotransmitter production. Vitamin B6 paired with magnesium has been shown to reduce symptoms of PMS.

Biotin (also known as Vitamin B7) helps the body break down fats, carbohydrates, and amino acids and can help with hair growth, nail strength, and skin health.

We use niacin, (also known as Vitamin B3), a vitamin that can help with energy levels, brain health, and bone/ joint health.

We use riboflavin 5-phosphate sodium, (also known as Vitamin B2), which supports the metabolism of sugars and fats in the body, and helps the body convert and activate other B vitamins into active forms to support and regulate hormones.
