OFFICIAL RULES – Surf With Amigas x DailyBasis Giveaway 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. ELIGIBILITY

This Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

2. SPONSOR

This Giveaway is sponsored by DailyBasis , located at 2930 Domingo Ave, 136, Berkeley CA 94705 ("Sponsor") 

3. ENTRY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on March 25th, 2025 at 7:00am PST and ends on March 28th, 205 at 7:00pm PST (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. HOW TO ENTER

Participants may enter by liking post, tagging friends in comments, and following @surfwithamigas and @dailybasislife. Extra entries are eligible by sharing post to their story.  Alternately, participants may enter by sending an email to  hello@dailybasis.com.

5. PRIZE

The winner will receive

1. One Free entry to a Surf With Amigas Retreat to any location listed on their website. 

2. One 3-month free subscription of DailyBasis. 

3. One 6 week Train to surf program provided by Surf With Amigas. 

  Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,300. 

The prize does not include airfare, transportation, or any additional expenses unless explicitly stated. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about April 1. The winner will be notified via [DM/email] and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond in time, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless DailyBasis (HMST Health, Inc), its employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and agents from any liability, including injury, death, or damages related to participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize.

8. PUBLICITY RIGHTS

By entering, participants grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or associated with Instagram.
